Clinical Supervision with Christina

I offer compassionate and collaborative supervision for students and therapists seeking guidance in their work with individuals or couples. Supervision is a core part of our ongoing development as it ensures therapists deliver safe, ethical, and competent care. Together, we can work to develop or refine your therapeutic skills, build your confidence as a therapist, work through challenging cases, and support your personal and professional growth and well-being. 

 

I aim to provide feedback in the most nurturing way possible through tons of emotional support, judicious self-disclosure, and active reflection on the work and practice of being a therapist. 

 

I have over 1000+ hours of extensive training in EFT including successful completion of the EFT Externship and EFT Core Training. I also have training in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT). In addition, I bring over 40 hours of academic training in supervision and consultation.

Emotional support: work through challenging cases, countertransference issues, and your own emotional responses in a safe space to prevent burnout. 

 

Self-reflection and awareness:  critically examining your own practice, identify areas for improvement, and develop self-awareness.
